4. What do we need to get started?

Setting up is straightforward. To get our society ready, we only need:

  1. Our NZBN (New Zealand Business Number) or Registered Society Number.
  2. Our current constitution/rules document (for upload).
  3. Basic details of our current committee officers (names and emails).

5. Is our data safe?

Yes. Core society records are hosted in New Zealand on Catalyst Cloud – NZ-owned cloud infrastructure. Our structural and aggregate data is handled securely, and our members' personal identifying details never leave New Zealand infrastructure.

6. How do we pay?

To fit within our society's financial governance and dual-signatory approvals, we can pay by bank transfer (direct credit) or credit card.
